Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on awarding RFP #22RFP79 Broker of Risk Coverage to the highest scoring proposer McGriff Insurance Services, Inc., and authorizing the execution of ensuing agreement.

The Purchasing Department issued 1,023 notifications for this solicitation to seek a Broker of Record for Risk Coverage. Three (3) responses were received of which two (2) vendors were shortlisted and invited for a presentation.  After an in depth review the evaluation committee recommends award to the highest scoring proposer, McGriff Insurance Services, Inc., for the annual amount of $69,800.00. Payments will be submitted monthly. Breakdown as follows: Month 1-11 at an amount of $5,816 and month 12 at an amount of $5,824.
