The evaluation team recommends rejection of submissions to RFP #22RFP90 Champion Park Parking Lot Improvements and Landscaping to allow for revisions to the specifications that would serve in the best interest of the County as the response received was substantially over budget.  An exemption is requested Pursuant to Government Code Sec. 552.104. EXCEPTION: INFORMATION RELATED TO COMPETITION OR BIDDING.
