Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on approving the five (5) year Master Service Agreement and Service Order between Williamson County and Astound Business Solutions, LLC for Internet Upgrades in the amount of $20,000.00, pursuant to TIPS contract #200105, and authorizing the execution of the agreement.
Background
Astound Business Solutions, LLC will be replacing Spectrum at the locations listed. Astound Business Solutions has agreed to extend their fiber network, offering lower prices and higher speed service. The attached Master Service Agreement and Service Order and have detailed information regarding the locations and services to be performed. Legal, Contract Audit, IT and Budget have reviewed this agreement. The expenditure is being charged to line item 01.0100.0503.004210 for FY22. The Department point of contact is Richard Semple.
