Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on approving the Service Agreement for the replacement of Jester Annex Parking Lot Lighting by Randall Electric in the not-to-exceed amount of $4,620.00 and authorizing the execution of this agreement.
Background
This project is to replace parking lot lights at the Jester Annex building. The work includes disconnect and removal of thirty (30) existing parking lot light heads and installation of thirty (30) new owner provided LED light heads on existing poles at the Jester Annex located at 1801 E Old Settlers Blvd, Round Rock, TX 78664. Funding Source is 01.0100.1066.004510. The point of contact is Jeffrey Hancock.
