Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on approving the Agreement for Hyatt Legal Plans/ Metlaw between Metlife and Williamson County and authorizing the execution of the agreement.

Our current agreement with Hyatt Legal Plans/MetLaw administered through MetLife is a voluntary benefit for our employees and will be expiring on 12/31/2022.  As such, Metlife has remitted the attached renewal agreement (last attachment for signature) to renew the MetLife Legal agreement beginning 1/1/2023 – 12/31/2025.  This enhanced product will provide increased benefits at the same current rate $21.00 per employee per month that are enrolled in this benefit.  Enrolled employees pay for the benefit through a payroll deduction.  Included is the comparison chart from the ML3 +20 Hours and the proposed ML4 +20 hours, to display the improved benefits and the applicable PDF Flyers that outlines both current products (ML3w20 hours and the MLP4w20 hours.)  We currently have 181 employees enrolled in this voluntary benefit.
