Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approval of the final plat for the Santa Rita Ranch Phase 4 Section 4 subdivision – Precinct 2.
Background
This is the next section of the Santa Rita Ranch Phase 4 development. It consists of 84 single family lots, 1 open space/water quality/drainage/landscape/utility lot and 2,659 feet of new public roads. Roadway and drainage construction is not yet complete, but a performance bond in the amount of $1,153,980.50 has been posted with the County to cover the cost of the remaining construction.

2022-05-23 – initial submittal of the final plat
2022-05-23 – receipt of financial security for the remaining construction
2022-06-17 – 1st review complete with comments
2022-06-28 – 2nd submittal of final plat with signatures
2022-07-06 – 2nd review complete with comments clear
