Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approval of the final plat for the Clearwater Ranch Phase 5 subdivision – Precinct 2.

This is the next section of the Clearwater Ranch development.  It consists of 121 lots and 10,092 feet of new public roads.  Roadway and drainage construction are not yet complete but a performance bond in the amount of $362,537.00 has been posted with the County to cover the cost of the remaining construction.

2021-03-01 – initial submittal of the final plat
2021-03-31 – 1st review complete with comments
2021-04-20 – 2nd submittal of final plat
2021-05-05 – 2nd review complete with comments
2021-06-09 – 3rd submittal of final plat
2021-06-23 – 3rd review complete with comments
2021-06-25 – 4th submittal of final plat
2021-06-28 – 4th review complete with comments
2021-07-07 – 5th submittal of final plat
2021-07-13 – 5th review complete with comments clear except completing construction
2022-06-29 – receipt of final plat with signatures and financial security for the remaining construction
2022-07-07 – final plat placed on July 12, 2022 Commissioners Court agenda for consideration
