Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on a First Amended and Restated Agreement for Crisis Services by and between Williamson County and Bluebonnet Trails Community MHMR Center D/B/A Bluebonnet Trails Community Services to address coordination of crisis services in Williamson County, Texas.
Background
The update to the Interlocal agreement with Bluebonnet Trails will allow Williamson County EMS - Community Health Paramedicine program to coordinate with Bluebonnet Trails to provide services and assistance to individuals with substance use issues. There is no cost for Bluebonnet to provide this service. A signed copy of the agreement is attached. Hal Hawes has reviewed the agreement and provided the agenda language.
