Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on a line item transfer for Juvenile Services.
Background
Juvenile Services is requesting this line item transfer to purchase beds for youth rooms. The current beds are made of wood and have been in use since the facility opened. Most are now unstable and we are unable to use them safely. This line item transfer, if approved, would allow us to purchase new, durable beds for all rooms for our residential program.
