Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on awarding RFQ #22RFSQ129 Real Estate Broker Pool for As-Needed Real Estate Services for the sale of real property for Williamson County to the recommended firm of Jones Lang LaSalle Brokerage, Inc. Statement of Qualifications shall be honored for five (5) years from the date they are submitted.

Williamson County received Two (2) responses of statements of qualifications from prospective firms to provide as-needed Real Estate  Services on criterion stated in advertised specifications for the project in Bonfire, the County's solicitation platform. The County advertised 54 consecutive days in Bonfire to a list of 236 vendors using registered Bonfire vendors and the State of Texas Certified Masters Bidders List (CMBL).  Review for addition or removal of firms to the pool shall be conducted on an as-needed basis.  Subsequent solicitations may be issued to augement the pool.  Resulting Professional Service Agreements (PSA) will be submitted for court approval based on a firm's specific qualifications for a specific project scope for the sale of real property.
