Background
Facilities Management submitted a requisition #129645 for the repair of a leaking HVAC rooftop unit at the Jester Annex building located at 1801 E Old Settlers Blvd, Round Rock, TX 78664. The unit had a refrigerant leak that could potentially cause damage to the infrastructure of the building. The department requested we escalate the approval for requisition to prevent further damage.
