Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on a Contract Assignment between Inland Geodetics LLC as assignor, and Austin Survey Company L.L.C DBA Inland Geodetics, as assignee, in relation to that certain Williamson County Contract for Surveying Services dated May 19, 2020 regarding 2019 Road Bond Program "on-call" Surveying Services. Background
Inland Geodetics LLC has been acquired by Austin Survey Company L.L.C. DBA Inland Geodetics effective August 17, 2022. The Consent to Contract Assignment will complete the transition process by transferring the 2019 Road Bond On-Call Surveying Services Contract executed May 19, 2020 from Inland to Austin Survey Company.
