Background
Williamson County sent out over four thousand one-hundred (4,100) notifications with twenty-six (26) document takers and three (3) submitting bids. The bids have been reviewed and the apparent low bidder, Alpha Paving Industries, LLC, was found to be responsive and materially balanced. Their lowest bid of $144,900.00 was 25.54% below the Engineer’s Estimate. In addition to meeting the bid qualifications subject to being low bidder, Alpha Paving Industries, LLC, has completed previous projects for Williamson County. It is recommended to award the Fall 2022 Fog Seal (Cul-de-Sacs) IFB #23IFB10 contract to Alpha Paving Industries, LLC. Funding Source is 01.0200.0210.003599. Point of contact is Terron Evertson.
