Background
The CR 307 Reconstruction Project requires TCEQ approval of a Water Pollution and Abatement Plan (WPAP) prior to construction. A TCEQ Agent Authorization Form is required to authorize an employee of K.C. Engineering, Inc. to submit the needed WPAP for TCEQ review and approval on behalf of the County.
