Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on Contract Amendment 2 to Williamson County First Amended and Restated Agreement between Williamson County and Halff Associates, Inc., dated December 8, 2021, relating to the Berry Springs Improvements Project (P559) to increase reimbursable expenses to $13,572.
Background
This amendment increases the reimbursable expenses to $13,572 to cover TCEQ and Jonah Water System fees not in the original scope of work. There is no increase in time for substantial completion. Contact for this project is Trent Jacobs, County Architect. Funding source if P559.
