Background
The PEC power poles were installed in a utility easement along tract lines in the Live Oak Ranch Subdivision where later became a public roadway easement. The PEC power pole relocations are necessary due to conflicts with the Live Oak Ranch Subdivision Roadway Improvements project (Phase 1 and 2). The total estimated reimbursable amount for the relocations is $239,203.61.
