Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on approving amended agreement #202417 for Electronic Bidding and Contract Management software with Bonfire Interactive Ltd., for an annual amount of $51,549.99, as per DIR contract #DIR-TSO-4363, and authorizing the execution of the amended agreement.

Background

The Bonfire subscription is for the software utilized by the Purchasing Department for electronic issuance and receipt of solicitations as well as contract management. In 2021, a two-year contract was approved. Due to an additional staff position, an additional license was added. To avoid an annual price increase, a 4-year contract was approved in Commissioner's Court on 4.12.2022, which locked in the annual pricing for the term of forty-eight (48) months. This amendment to the contract corrects the total dollar amount for the 4-year contract. Funding source is 01.0100.0503.004505 as per FY24 budget.  Department contacts are Kerstin Hancock and Joy Simonton.
