Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on authorizing the extension of Contract #22IFB31 Crack Seal Materials, renewal option period #2, for the same terms and conditions as the existing contract per attached documentation and spreadsheet, with Crafco, Inc. for the 12-month term of December 06, 2023 - December 05, 2024, and authorizing the execution of the extension.
Background
This is the second (2) and final extension to this contract. The Road and Bridge Department has confirmed that the vendor met all of the County's requirements for this contract and requests renewal. Funding Source is 01.0200.0210.003550. Department Point of Contact is Terron Evertson.
