Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on authorizing the extension of Signs and Markers Contract #22IFB56, renewal option period #2, for the same pricing, terms and conditions as the existing contract with Dobie Supply LLC for the term of February 16, 2024 - February 15, 2025.
Background
This is the second and final extension for this contract. The Road and Bridge Department has confirmed that the vendor met all of the county requirements in this contract and requests renewal. Funding source is 01.0200.0210.003553. Department Point of Contact is Terron Evertson.
