Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approval of the replat of Lots 147, 148 & 170,  Block I, Santa Rita Ranch Phase 4, Section 2 subdivision – Precinct 2.

This replat consists of 2 open space/water quality/drainage/landscape/utility lots and 375 linear feet of new public roads. The purpose of the replat is to reconfigure the existing lots and roadway layout. Roadway and drainage construction are not yet complete but a performance bond in the amount of $69,959.00 has been posted with the County to cover the cost of the remaining construction.
