Background
This Change Order compensates the Contractor for two additional pedestrian entry gates and 20' LF of fencing added to the scope of work.
This Change Order results in a net increase of $6,716.54, for an adjusted Contract total of $231,133.04. The original Contract amount was $224,416.50, As a result of this Change Order, the net increase is 3% in the Contract cost. No additional days will be added to the Contract as a result of this Change Order.
