Background
This Change Order compensates the Contractor for refurbishing existing restroom. This Change Order results in a net increase of $44,960.30, for an adjusted Contract total of $3,212,669.30. The original Contract amount was $3,167,709.00. As a result of this Change Order, the net increase is 1% in the Contract cost. This Change Order will increase the Contract time by 14 days, with a new substantial completion date of 6/4/24.
