Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on authorizing the Purchasing Agent to advertise and receive sealed proposals for HVAC Air Filter Maintenance Services for Williamson County under RFP #24RFP46.

Williamson County is requesting responses for air filter maintenance services at Williamson County-owned locations, including buildings, detention and correctional facilities located in Williamson County, Texas.  Successful respondent shall provide materials and labor in accordance with the attached Attachment B – Filter Change Services. There are two groupings of buildings in this solicitation, and Williamson County Facilities Management anticipates awarding a contract for each of the two groupings included in the Attachment C – Price Sheet. A single vendor may be awarded. The estimated budget and funding source is: 01.0100.0509.004500 - $350,000.00; and 01.0100.0509.004510 - $200,000.00. The total budget is $550,000.00.
