Discuss, consider and take approrpriate action on a line item transfer for Non-Departmental.
Background
Due to supply chain issues associated with vehicles and playing "catch up", our vehicle line is short. The Constable Pct #4 office had 2 FY22 vehicles carry forward billed at the FY24 price. In addition, a quote received to use for FY24 budget, was $10K lower than what was billed when the County took delivery of this vehicle. Lastly, the upfit cost for vehicles has gone up significantly due to inflation on all three of these vehicles. Because of these issues we are experiencing a shortfall of $12,758 per vehicle or $38,274.
