Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on awarding RFSQ #24RFSQ22 Engineering Services for Updating the Wilco Transportation Plan to Alliance Transportation Group, LLC in the maximum payable amount of One Million Five Hundred Thousand Dollars ($1,500,000.00) and authorize the execution of the agreement. The funding source is P621.
Background
Williamson County sent out six thousand three hundred (6,300) notifications with seventy-nine (79) document takers and received three (3) responses. Williamson County solicited qualifications of engineering firms interested in providing engineering services to assist Williamson County staff in updating the Williamson County Transportation Plan and other traffic engineering and modeling activities. Based on the attached supporting documentation, the Wilco Transportation Plan Selection Committee recommends the selection of Alliance Transportation Group, LLC, which was the top ranked firm from the evaluation process.
