Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on Amendment #2 to a TxDOT Highway Safety Improvement Program Advance Funding Agreement for improvements to Chandler Road from SH 130 to Old CR 366 and Ronald Reagan Boulevard at CR 234.
Background
The Commissioners Court previously approved Amendment #1 at its December 12, 2023 session. Amendment #1 was inadvertently executed with zero dollar Local Match for CSJ# 0914-05-214, which does not comply with the requirement of Local Government participation. Amendment #2 is the remedy to have a correct funding for this particular CSJ# 0914-05-214 since which is letting soon. The grand total remains unchanged from what was approved in Amendment #1.
