Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on authorizing the extension of contract #2023212, Behavior Health Services, renewal period #1, for the same pricing, terms and conditions as the existing contract that was awarded to Bizaan Holdings LLC dba Bizaan Behavior Health for the 12-month term of June 6, 2024 - June 5, 2025, and authorizing execution of the renewal agreement.
Background
This is the first (1) of three (3) extensions available for this contract. The Williamson County Sheriff's Office has confirmed that the vendor met all the County requirements for this contract and requests renewal. Bizaan Behavioral Health provides professional counseling services to assist employees or officers that work for the Williamson County Sheriff's Office. The funding source is 01.0100.0560.004100. The department's point of contact is Sheriff Mike Gleason.
