Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on approving the revised 2023 Road Bond Allocation. On 3/19/2024, the court approved the 2023 Road Bond Allocation, item 75. This allocation has now been revised.
Background
On 3/19/2024, the Court approved the 2023 Road Bond Allocation (item 75). The allocation has now been revised to include 3 new project numbers (P693, P694 and P695) which replace P372, P359 and P362 in the 2023 Road Bond Program. Only the project numbers have been revised, no changes were made to the project allocations. The project limits on East Wilco Highway and CR 110 were adjusted in the 2023 Road Bond program and no longer precisely match the Corridor study limits of the original project numbers. We are recommending creating new projects instead of utilizing P372, P359 and P362, and thus, P693 (East Wilco Highway - Chandler Road to SH 29), P694 (East Wilco Highway - SH 29 to FM 971), and P695 (CR 110 - North of CR 111 to Patriot Way) have been created to match the current project limits.
