Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approval of the revised preliminary plat for the Saddleback at Santa Rita Ranch Phase 2 subdivision (revision 1) – Precinct 2.

This is the first revision to the preliminary plat of Saddleback at Santa Rita Ranch Ph 2 that was initially approved on March 8, 2022. Since the last approval, the developer has requested changes to the road alignments and lot layout.  This revision includes an addition of one amenity lot, a decrease of 11 single family lots and a decrease of 781 linear feet of new public roads. With this revision, the proposed Saddleback at Santa Rita Ranch Phase 2 subdivision consists of 736 single family lots, 2 open space/water quality/landscape/detention/utility lots, 10 open space/landscape/utility lots, 1 amenity lot and 32,552 linear feet of new public roads.
