Background
This Change Order No 2 is a balancing Change Order. All work has been completed and punch list items appropriately resolved. The original contract amount was $1,295,908.25. With the addition of Change Order No 1 in the amount of $11,191.68 and this Change Order No 2 for -$30,975.67, the final contract amount will be $1,276,124.26.
