Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving the addendum to the current Master Service Contract between Williamson County and Rock Collision Center LLC. for repairs to thirty-seven (37) county vehicles damaged by hail with a not-to-exceed amount of $144,650.72,  ]to extend the project completion date three (3) more weeks, and authorizing the execution of the agreement.

The approval of this amendment will allow the extension of Rock Collison Center LLC to service and repair Williamson County vehicles that were damaged by hail. On the March 5, 2024, agenda, item #31 was approved in relation to vehicle repairs stemming from hail damage with a not-to-exceed amount of $144,650.72. The amendment will allow for the project completion date to be modified from 09.30.2024 for an additional 3 weeks starting on 11.19.2024. Orig ID #1121.
