Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on a Contract Amendment No. 6 to the Corridor A1 and A2 contract executed March 13, 2017 between Williamson County and Johnson, Mirmiran, & Thompson (JMT) relating to the 2023 Road Bond Program. Project: P392. Fund Source: Road Bonds.
Background
The Contract Amendment No. 6 amends the contract compensation cap by $300,000.00 from $7,500,000.00 to $7,800,000.00. This will allow for the execution of Work Authorization No. 7 in the amount of $120,252.80 to authorize fieldwork, analysis, and reporting related to the archeological investigation under TAC permit for 41WA1535 and FM 1660 intersection.
