Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on approving the Addendum for Services Contract #202574, between Williamson County and Data Projections, Inc. for Preventative / Audio Visual Health Check in all courtrooms in the amount of $79,800.00 pursuant to Cooperative Contract TIPS #230105 and authorize execution of the agreement.
Background
This Service Contract between Williamson County and Data Projections, Inc., will provide one (1) Preventative / Audio Visual Health Check per courtroom annually. The agreement also provides unlimited remote onsite support and next-business-day onsite, if needed. The attached proposal contains detailed information regarding the work to be done.
