Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on appointing Monica Ingalsbe as a Board Commissioner for ESD #10 beginning January 1, 2025, through December 31, 2027.
Background
Monica Ingalsbe has a strong background in education with more than 20 years' experience. She has also been a leader in the community, first as a youth in 4-H and then as an adult leader in 4H. Her objective is to share her knowledge and experience while supporting individuals. She would love to guide in order to bring out the highest potential. She is also an advocate for the vulnerable. She currently works for Texas A&M University.
