Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approval and signature authorization of an Interlocal Cooperation Contract amendment between Williamson County and Texas Parks and Wildlife Department regarding the proposed amendments to the Regional Habitat Conservation Plan.

The Court has previously approved the submission of grant proposal F21AS00171 Amending Williamson County Regional Habitat Conservation Plan to Cover Six Additional Species (03/09/2021) and approved and executed Contract CA-0002862 (3/8/2022). The reimbursable amount of this grant is $712,146.00 and the match amount is $287,854.00. All funds for the match come from the Williamson County Conservation Foundation (WCCF) corpus. Amendment number 1 to contract CA-0002862 extends the contract period by 12 months to allow for additional work necessary to complete the project.  This amendment does not award additional funding.  The WCCF board approved this item at its board meeting on 12/4/2024.
