Discuss and take appropriate action on the Community Development Block Grant program's 2023 Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER).

The Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) is required by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) to report on the annual performance of the Williamson County FY23 Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program. This report identifies the progress made regarding active and completed projects that have received Williamson County CDBG funds, as well as other accomplishments the County has made in meeting the objectives and priorities outlined in the five-year Consolidated Plan.
