Discuss, consider and take appropriate action to authorize the extension of the contract RFP #1812-284 Public Involvement Services Agreement for Infrastructure Projects with Rifeline, LLC., through July 31, 2025, in the not-to-exceed amount of $2,450,000.00 and authorize execution of the Agreement.
Background
The Agreement to Amend and Extend this contract provides for Work Authorization Extensions related to the implementation of Williamson County Infrastructure projects. Funding may be provided from the Road Bond contract, Road Bond Sales as well as other non-Road Bond funding from Road and Bridge Department such as 1.0200.02100.004100 for WA#32 2023 Road Bond projects; WA#33 2019 Road Bond projects; and WA#34 LTP Corridor/Road & Bridge projects. Point of Contact: Bob Daigh. Rifeline, LLC is publicly traded, therefore TEC Form 1295 is not required.
