Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving the Master Service Agreement between Williamson County and Cintas Corporation to provide uniform rental services for the Williamson County Road and Bridge Department in the annual not-to-exceed amount of $44,442.24, pursuant to terms and pricing of Co-Op Omnia Partners Contract #001299 and authorizing the execution of the agreement.

Background

This Master Service Agreement authorizes the rental of uniforms for the Williamson County Road and Bridge Department for 12 months from the effective date. Pricing as quoted in the attached agreement.  Unless terminated sooner, the Agreement shall renew automatically for up to five (5) one-year terms with the terms and conditions remaining the same.  Origination ticket #1935, the funding source is 01.0200.0210.003311 and the department point of contact is Jenifer Favreau.  Cintas is publicly traded, therefore no Form 1295 is required.
