This Master Service Agreement for HVAC Repair Services between Williamson County and Texas Equipment Solutions Services, LLC is to be able to utilize the vendor for services as they arise. This company is used for HVAC repair services on Innovent, Valent, Lennox, FHP commercial equipment and is often the subcontractor for these these specialized repairs. The intent is to reduce the need for subcontractor scheduling from another HVAC company to this vendor.  This MSA will be valid as of the date of execution through September 30, 2026.
