Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on awarding RFSQ #25RFSQ7 to M.E.P. Consulting Engineers, Inc, for the Cedar Park Annex Fire Alarm Upgrade project, in the amount of Thirty-Two Thousand, Seven Hundred Sixty Dollars ($32,760.00) and authorize execution of the agreement.
Background
M.E.P. Consulting Engineers, Inc is recommended for award through RFSQ #25RFSQ7 which established a pre-qualified consultant pool to be contracted on an as-needed basis, on 01.07.25 agenda item no.32. M.E.P. Consulting Engineers, Inc., is being recommended for this project following a project specific evaluation of the firms from the 25RFSQ7 pool where the firm received the highest score for this project. This Agreement for Design Services between Williamson County and M.E.P. Consulting Engineers, Inc., is for the Cedar Park Annex Fire Alarm Upgrade, 350 Discovery Blvd., Cedar Park, TX 78613. Contract Audit and General Counsel reviewed. A detailed Scope of Work is attached. The Funding Source is 01.0100.01032.04100 and the point of contact is Gretchen Glenn.
