Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on awarding RFSQ #24RFSQ53 to Gessner Engineering, LLC, for Central Maintenance Facility (CMF) Asphalt Tank Relocation, in the amount of Sixty-Five Thousand Eight Hundred Fifty Dollars and no/100 ($65,850.00) and authorize execution of the agreement.
Background
Gessner Engineering, LLC is recommended for award through RFSQ #24RFSQ53 which established a pre-qualified consultant pool to be contracted on an as-needed basis, on 06.18.24 agenda item no.16. Gessner Engineering, LLC, is being recommended for this project following a project specific evaluation of the firms from the 24RFSQ53 pool wherethe firm received the highest score for this project. This Agreement for CMF Asphalt Tank Relocation Design Services between Williamson County and Gessner Engineering, LLC, is for the Central Maintenance Facility, 3151 SE Inner Loop, Georgetown, Texas 78626. Contract Audit and General Counsel reviewed. Detailed Scope of Work is attached. Funding Source is 01.0200.0210.04510 and the point of contact is Gretchen Glenn.
