Receive and acknowledge approval of Change Order No. 1 from Allied Electric Services, Inc. for the Justice Center Exterior Lighting Project in the amount of $10,954.85 and extend time, which was approved by Williamson County Facilities Project Manager, Daryl Mutz, pursuant to the Commissioners Court’s prior delegation of change order approval authority pursuant to Loc. Gov’t Code Sec. 262.031.

Background

This change order is for additional compensation and time needed due to sewer line damage found during the lighting installation with Allied Electric Services, Inc. for the Justice Center Exterior Lighting Project. Williamson County Facilities Project Manager, Daryl Mutz, was delegated change order approval authority for this project on January 23rd, 2024 by the Commissioners Court pursuant to Williamson County Facilities pursuant to Loc. Gov’t Code Sec. 262.031. This item is to acknowledge such approval and record the same into the minutes of the Commissioners Court.
