Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on a line item transfer for vehicle insurance for various departments.
Background
In transitioning to a self-insured program on our fleet, we removed vehicle insurance dollars and vehicle deductible dollars in all departmental budgets and placed these monies into Non-Departmental Contingencies to await our bill for remaining liability coverage only. This bill has been received, and we are transferring monies back to the vehicle insurance lines to pay the invoice for FY25. Please see attached for this transfer.
