Discuss, consider and take appropriate action regarding approval and receipt of the Standard Agreement with Stonewall Ranch Municipal Utility District for off-duty contracting of County Sheriff Deputies to be effective April 1, 2025.
Background
This is a new agreement for Stonewall Ranch MUD in Liberty Hill. This new agreement will give permission for Stonewall Ranch MUD to contract County Sheriff Deputies in a private capacity and the County to invoice that MUD for deputies' vehicle usage. The term of this agreement shall begin on April 1, 2025 and will have two additional one-year automatic renewals on October 1, 2025 and October 1, 2026. The agreement will be revisited with proper approvals from the Commissioners Court for October 1, 2027 (FY'28).
