Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on Consent to Contract Assignment from Questica, Ltd (the Assignor) which is requesting consent from Williamson County, Texas (“County”) for the assignment and transfer of all its interests, rights, and obligations to Euna Solutions, Inc. (the Assignee) relating to Services Contract #2022238, approved August 16, 2022, under agenda item #31, to provide service hours to update Budget Software, and authorizing the Consent to Assignment.
Background
Euna Solutions has acquired Questica Ltd. The Consent to Contract Assignment will complete the transition process by transferring the Williamson County services contract to Euna Solutions, Inc. The funding source is 01.0100.0503.004100. Tammy McCulley is the department's point of contact for Information Systems.
