The first is to close P584 (Corridor J Segment 1) and move the remaining funds of $385,156.23 to P586 (Corridor J Segment 3). The second is to close P585 (Corridor J Segment 2) and move the remaining funds of $97,750.82 to P586 (Corridor J Segment 3).
