Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action to ratify Supplemental Work Authorizations to Fiscal Year 2025 Work Authorizations under the RFP#1812-284 Public Involvement Services Agreement for Infrastructure Projects between Rifeline, LLC. and Williamson County, dated March 26, 2019. The supplementals are to extend the expiration date to July 31, 2025, and allocated the previously approved not-to-exceed increase of $450,000.00 from March 25, 2025, Agenda Item #76.

Commissioners Court Agenda Item #76 on March 25, 2025, authorized the Rifeline, LLC. Public Involvement Services Fifth Extension Agreement of the contract RFP#1812-284 to allow for the execution of the following Supplemental Work Authorizations:

• 2023 Road Bond Program Work Authorization No. 32 Supplemental No. 1 in the amount of $200,000.00
• 2019 Road Bond Program Work Authorization No. 33 Supplemental No. 1 in the amount of $160,000.00
• LTP Corridor/Road & Bridge Dept. Work Authorization No. 34 Supplemental No. 1 in the amount of $90,000.00
• LTP Corridor/Road & Bridge Dept. Work Authorization No. 34 Supplemental No. 2 in the amount of $180,000.00

Funding may be provided from the Road Bonds as well as other non-Road Bond funding from Road and Bridge Department such as 01.0200.0210.004100. The contract is set to expire on July 31, 2025.
