Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approval of the revised preliminary plat for the Saddleback at Santa Rita Ranch Phase 2 subdivision (revision 3) – Precinct 2.

Background

This is the third revision to the preliminary plat of Saddleback at Santa Rita Ranch Phase 2 that was last revised and approved on August 6, 2024. Since the last approval, the developer has requested changes to the road alignments and lot layout of 423 lots. This revision includes a reduction of 136 single-family lots, a reduction of 3,349 linear feet of new public roads and the addition of 1 Liberty Hill ISD Elementary School lot. With this third revision, the proposed Saddleback at Santa Rita Ranch Phase 2 subdivision consists of 637 single-family lots, 3 open space/water quality/landscape/detention/utility lots, 7 open space/landscape/utility lots, 3 open space/ drainage/ landscape and utility lots, 1 amenity lot, 1 commercial lot, 1 Liberty Hill ISD Elementary School lot and 31,505 linear feet of new public roads.
