Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on rejecting proposals submitted for RFP #25RFP34 Employer Group Life Insurance, AD&D, Voluntary Life Insurance, Voluntary Short-Term Disability Insurance, Voluntary Long-Term Disability Insurance, Voluntary Accident Insurance, Voluntary Critical Illness Insurance and request that information related to competition be excepted pursuant to Texas Government Code 552.104 and authorize the Purchasing Agent to advertise and receive sealed proposals under new RFP #25RFP47.

It is the recommendation of the evaluation committee that Williamson County reject all submissions to 25RFP34 Employer Group Life Insurance, AD&D, Voluntary Life Insurance, Voluntary Short-Term Disability Insurance, Voluntary Long-Term Disability Insurance, Voluntary Accident Insurance, Voluntary Critical Illness Insurance to allow for clarifications and revisions to the specifications that would serve in the best interest of the county.   The County seeks a comprehensive and integrated benefits offering.  An exemption is requested pursuant to Government Code Sec. 552.104. EXCEPTION: INFORMATION RELATED TO COMPETITION OR BIDDING.
