Background
This Contract Amendment No. 1 amends the Exhibit D - Rate Schedule in the Master Contract utilizing the CPI Adjustment Calculation, addition of subconsultant Surveying and Mapping LLC, SAM, LLC and increases the compensation cap by $50,000.00 from $300,000.00 to $350,000.00 to allow for the execution of Supplemental No. 1 to Work Authorization No. 1 and Work Authorization No. 2.
